The hotel's friendly and accommodating personnel made for a good staying experience. They were very communicative and had a helpful attitude. , the location proved to be very convenient. We were in a safe neighbourhood, and there were plenty of wonderful restaurant options nearby. the hotel had good reading rooms that had a tea and coffee station.

While staying, we noticed that the rooms had their flaws – one of them did not have any windows, which could be problematic for longer stays. We also noticed that the blinds did not entirely block out light, and hire bikes were out of service.

The hotel is well-situated close to bustling restaurants and bars. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the accommodations clean and well-maintained. The reading room and tea/coffee station were convenient. The location offers easy access to Quito's many attractions, and the staff were accommodating to guests' needs.

The lack of heating in the room was a minor inconvenience.

We were delighted by the beautifully decorated room and the comfortable bed with luxurious sheets. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in contacting tour companies. We had a great experience overall at Hotel Kaia.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel during my city trip that was a total hipster's dream. the stylish and inspiring rooms were decorated so well that I felt like I wanted to live there forever. the attention to detail was impressive, especially with the toiletries. Even better was the fact that there were plenty of trendy restaurants and bars nearby that were perfect for a night out. Their proximity made it easy to explore the area and sample the local cuisine.

I had a great stay at this place. The location is perfect, very close to many good restaurants and trendy bars. I loved exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a spacious in-room safe. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a dining table and a lovely patio in my room. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the television and telephone were both modern and convenient. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay thanks to the great location, excellent service, and fantastic room amenities.
